RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with every pair of shoes you purchase on this website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the return policy below.
1. Return/Exchange Conditions
Return/Exchange Time: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you received the item.
Item Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including box, insole, tags, etc.). Please ensure that the item does not have any wear, stains, or other signs of use.
Shoe Size: If you would like to change the size or color, we can provide an exchange service, but please ensure that the item is eligible for return or exchange.
Customized Items: Customized items or special discount items (such as final clearance items) may not be accepted for return or exchange, please confirm before purchase.
2. How to Return or Exchange Items
Step 1: Contact Us
Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item to state your return or exchange request. Provide the order number, item name, and reason for the return or exchange.
Step 2: Get a Return Authorization
The customer service team will review your return request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a return address. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Step 3: Prepare your return
Please pack the item along with all original packaging materials and ensure that the item will not be damaged during transportation.
Step 4: Return the item
Send the item back using a shipping method with a tracking number. Please keep the return receipt and shipping tracking information for future reference. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem or delivery error with the item itself.
3. Refund Processing
Refund method: After the return item is reviewed and approved, we will refund the original payment method. The refund time is usually 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment institution may take additional time to process the refund.
Refund amount: The refund amount will be deducted from the shipping fee (if any) and will be confirmed based on the actual situation of the item.
4. Exchange Processing
If you choose to exchange the item (such as changing the size, color, etc.), we will arrange for the new shoes to be shipped and process it through a new order. The additional costs incurred by the exchange are borne by the customer, including shipping costs and price difference (if any).
If you choose to exchange the size, color or style, please make sure that the new item meets the conditions of our return and exchange policy.
5. Quality problems or delivery errors
Quality problems: If the shoes you received have quality problems such as cracks, uppers falling off, odors, etc., or are not as described on the website, we will bear the shipping costs of returns and exchanges and provide you with a free return label.
Delivery errors: If we mistakenly send the wrong item or size, you can return the item free of charge and choose to exchange it for the correct item. We will be responsible for all shipping costs.
6. Notes on returns and exchanges
Product labels: Returns or exchanges must keep the original labels and packaging. If the product labels are removed or the packaging is damaged, it may affect the processing of returns or exchanges.
Special items: For discounted items, promotional items, and clearance items, returns and exchanges may be restricted. Please confirm whether the return and exchange policy applies before purchasing.
International Orders: For international orders, the processing time and fees for returns and exchanges may vary, subject to actual circumstances.
7. Returns and Exchanges Not Accepted
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following situations:

Item labels or packaging are missing or damaged
Return requests that are more than 30 days old
Special sale items or clearance items (if it is stated that they cannot be returned or exchanged)
